With a background in banking and RIA’s (Registered Investment Advisors), Jon Dauble has over 30 years of expertise in banking, bespoke estate planning and sophisticated tax mitigation strategies.

Jon grew a financing firm into a $65 million-dollar portfolio with 1200+ clients within 3 years and a boutique RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) into a national firm. One of his portfolios won a 2019 Shark Tank competition.

Sameer Sirdeshpande is a seasoned financial executive with 25 years of multi-faceted background in project development & finance, technology and hands on operations.

Following early oilfield engineering experience at Schlumberger, he was a strategy consultant at leading firms including Andersen Consulting and the Mitchell Madison Group where he advised leading firms including IBM, Chase, Hartford Insurance and AIG.

Sameer also held senior roles in investment banking & risk management at Citigroup, Barclays Capital and Jefferies.

At Albiron, Sameer develops and evaluates high-returning yet stable investments in the areas of renewable energy, large-scale recycling and energy storage that underpin Albiron's exceptional returns.

Sameer speaks five languages and holds graduate degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Southampton in the UK & Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Germany and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Cornell University.
